It’s odd that someone might not know these things but better to educate than tearing apart from the off. I did almost write ‘plastic is supposedly recycled’. Although, my council have recently taken a stand and actually ensured our plastic is being recycled. Shame that the rest of the country seem happy to ignore the overseas shipping and questionable recycling of their plastic waste! It’s true we get very worried and cynical.
