While Grinch I will drink Mtn Dew everywhere shirt agnostic, I was raised in a religious home, and I can tell you that the answer you’d get there is “free will.” Humans make their own choices. If God made everyone automatically “love” him then it wouldn’t be real love, he allows humans to choose to love him or not, as well as gives them free will to make decisions in their own lives, that of course if he’s real which no one can definitively say either way, as it’s a belief based on a multitude of factors like how you were raised.
