I study Triggernometry shirt was an affluent black town where black people were economically independent and flourishing apart from the white population. But whites didn’t like that and destroyed it. Amazing that this lady survived it and lived this long. At a time when black people and women were so marginalized especially women of color, it is remarkable that she achieved what she achieved! And that was in the 1930’s! Makes me think of the people who are crying with being marginalized still in 2018! Goes on to show how little we have evolved as a people!
