Teachers shouldn’t get recognized for doing their job, Teachers shouldn’t get additional days off to plan their teaching schedule. Teachers shouldn’t complain about what or how or to whom they are “teachings too”.  Teachers pay should represent how one Teaching and how receptive was their teachings are! It should represent the ability to go above and beyond just one subject!
