Obesity in itself is a symptom of poor health and John Wick be kind to animals or I’ll kill you with a fucking pencil shirt. Even if you are on prednisone (I was for months!) or thyroid issues, you can still loose weight by eating low carb, no sugar. Thank goodness research like this proves that obesity is never healthy at any size. Good job and keep up taking that weight off. My best advise is to be careful of what you eat because a lot of proceessed food is addictive and high in calories. Be very selective about the food you eat and follow this rule eat from the farm not from the factory.
