Understandable. Came back from Retired Hooters Bradentin FL shirt last month and people couldn’t use the overhead locker above their seat as it was filled by other people going over the one hand luggage allowance with large “designer” handbags and carrier bags full of “designer” clothes. Though I’m not keen on them, they’ve got a valid reason because hand luggage isn’t measured by airport/craft staff and some passengers bring practically full-size suitcases on board, meaning lots of messing about trying to close and rearrange the overhead compartments and greedily gulping other passengers’ allocated spaces, leading to lots of jostling and time wasting.
