Very good news that all but one of the children have been released from a hospital after minor injuries, and hope the last child soon joins them. Inflatables should not be used in this season. I am a layperson, not an H & S executive or scientist, but it’s obvious from prior deaths in high winds that they should not be used. When they are unstable & can move the air supply can fail; hence no inflatable.
