If they have that kind of money spend it on cleaning up their pollution not messing with their beautiful sky which they can’t probably see much of because of the pollution. Future technology won’t even let you watch the stars anymore..why everything is related to money today? Let the night be the night! Let nature be how it’s supposed to be. Scientific mega projects always bring an excitement. Like the article says, it has to be absolutely gigantic to have an effect from 500km above Earth. I still guess it can be some sort of fabric, reflective, so it’s possible to be sent folded and expand in space.
